General informations

It is a technology with a growing applicability, derived from the technology of wettable powder manufacturing. Granulation exploits the advantage of powders to allow the formulation of high-content active substances and brings a number of benefits to the user: lack of dust during handling and easier dosing during treatments.

We began the formulation of these products in 2010, when we launched the first plant in Romania, but also one of the most modern in Southeast Europe, for fluidized bed granulating sulphonylureas.

Production lines

DISPERSIBLE GRANULES HERBICIDES For the production of dispersible granules of sulfonylureic herbicides, we have set up a modern factory with an annual capacity of 80 tons, calculated in a single-shift operation of the formulation plant.

SOLUBLE GRANULES HERBICIDES Beginning 2018 we launched a new line of sulfonylurea herbicide formulations, with technology generally adapted for extruded soluble granules, with an annual capacity of 40 tons.

Equipments

For the formulation of dispersible granules, manufacturing is provided with a fluidized bed granulator, which allows the advantage of a closed system operation with an automated monitoring system, easy equipment cleaning and high process yield.

For the formulation of soluble granules, we have diversified the range of equipment with an extruder granulator, which has the advantage of allowing the operator to intervene during the manufacturing process.

For dry milling, an important step in the process of forming granular products, we use an air jet mill that provides a high degree of fineness of grinding.
