The Emulsifiable concentrate formulation technology has made considerable improvements in recent years, given the increased user interest in liquid formulations in general, which have numerous advantages in use (easy dosing, easy recovery of the product from the commercial packaging, lack of dust on use).

Alchimex has 10 lines of Emulsifiable concentrate formulation and aqueous solutions, which ensure both high production capacity and good manufacturing practice compliance, especially those with regard to the prevention of cross-contamination.

Production lines

FUNGICIDES AND INSECTICIDES For the manufacture of fungicides and insecticides in the form of emulsionble concentrates and aqueous solutions, as well as foliar fertilizers, we have put into operation four production lines. Each of these has a capacity of 1000 tons per year, capacity calculated for one operation of the lines in a single shift. All production lines are equipped with reactors in which efficient homogenisation is ensured, but also the heating, cooling and constant temperature maintenance during the process.

HERBICIDES For the manufacture of herbicides in the form of Emulsifiable concentrates and aqueous solutions, we have four formulation lines, each of which has a capacity of 1000 tons per year, with a capacity calculated for one operation of the lines in a single shift. These lines operate independently, but they are also provided with the possibility of connecting the herbicidal suspension concentrate line to the production of superemulsions.

Equipments

Homogenization reactor All plants are equipped with reactors equipped with systems that ensure efficient homogenization. Also, for products requiring special conditions, the reactors are provided with double walls, which can provide heating, cooling and maintainance of a constant product temperature during homogenization.
