Repackaging

General informations

In addition to production and processing services, we also offer repackaging services for plant protection products. These services can also be the subject of separate collaboration for products that our partners have manufactured in other locations. Having the reputation of a trusted partner, we work with many foreign companies that have agreed to repackage their own products and place them on the domestic market in a micro-packaged form.

Tests

In the physico-chemical laboratory, we always perform a preliminary verification of the product prior to repacking the product, analyzing the most common parameters (aspects, density, emulsion stability, suspensibility, wetting and dispersibility).

Packaging

We have 19 automatic packing lines for all product categories and all types of formulations with a working range of 1.5 g to 5 kg for solid products and 10 ml to 20 liters for liquid products. To prevent cross-contamination, we ensure their complete separation for incompatible biological categories. The wide range of packaging types and the diversity of packaging lines allow us to provide our partners with flexibility and promptness.

Line cleaning at the end of the campaign, as well as the packaging process, are closely monitored by the physico-chemical laboratory to ensure compliance with the specific requirements of the ECPA cross-contamination prevention guidelines.
